ME & MS JACOBS stand for an honest, handmade and politically charged sound inspired by past decades like the 60s and 70s. The band's sound aesthetic fuses old rock, pop and world music elements into a new genre: Eclectic Soul. The band's live shows are as diverse and colorful as their songs.

The band is led by Ms. Lina Jacobs, whose unique smoky, warm timbre is a common thread throughout the band's sound and whose biographical lyrics convey the band's honest message.

The band members range in age from 21 to 29 and have roots all over the world, but came together in Hannover, Germany. They describe their work as a "healthy mix of melancholy and rock 'n' roll." From simple piano or guitar accompaniment to a 5-piece band lineup to a 9-piece band with horn section, they are guaranteed to create a mood that moves not only the body, but also the soul.
